HOW TO LAND ON THE SLP?

References from government investment promotion agencies, industrial and technology parks, business incubators, chambers of commerce or industry, university, etc. will be needed in all cases. The applicant should be able to furnish at least one such legalized reference as a prerequisite for the application to be processed.
During the application stage, SLP at KOM may ask for more documents, if needed. Once selected, a police clearance certificate from the place(s) where the applicant has lived for the last five years will have to be furnished before SLP can recommend for the required entry visa to the Sultanate of Oman.
The decision with regard to the selection to the SLP will be normally done within 30 working days. SLP at KOM has the full right to reject a candidate without stating any reasons. Its decision to accept or reject an application will be final and cannot be challenged.
